Consistent with our investors’ mandates and our team’s talents, Quannah targets value-add and opportunistic investments in commercial real estate in Colorado and Texas. Though the firm is agile and invests across a wide range of property types (excluding data centers), Quannah is focused on office, industrial, retail, and multifamily opportunities.

Total capitalization for targeted investments ranges from $500,000 to $12 million with moderate leverage (60-70% LTV).  Quannah has the ability to acquire assets directly or indirectly via joint ventures, acting as the sponsor or limited partner, and will invest in development opportunities with experienced developers.

Quannah brings institutional expertise to identify and manage investments that are typically not pursued by institutional investors.  The team is able to maximize risk-adjusted returns via this competitive advantage.

Quannah Partners is privately held and all professionals make meaningful co-investment contributions alongside its investors. Compensation is structured to the performance of its investments.
