Bobby Ghiselli is a Partner at Quannah Partners. Mr. Ghiselli is primarily responsible for fundraising, sourcing, asset management, and investment strategy. Over his career, Mr. Ghiselli has purchased or financed over $2.6 billion of commercial real estate throughout the United States.

Prior to Quannah Partners, Mr. Ghiselli was a Managing Director at Denver-based real estate private equity company Ascentris where he was responsible for West Coast acquisitions and asset management for value-add and core plus investments. Mr. Ghiselli sourced and directly managed investments that included multi-family, office, industrial, retail, and condo properties.

Before joining Ascentris in 2012, Mr. Ghiselli was a Managing Director for Pacifica Enterprises and Douglas Wilson Companies in San Diego, with responsibility for fundraising, acquisitions and investment financing. Mr. Ghiselli also worked extensively as a lender for GE Capital and CWCapital in Los Angeles. In those roles, he originated, structured, and closed senior bridge and mezzanine loans totaling more than $1 billion.

Mr. Ghiselli graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license and is a member of ULI and NAIOP. Mr. Ghiselli lives in Denver with his wife and three kids.
